The Bond Scheme

The Bond Scheme is aimed at people on low incomes or benefits. It is a way to help prospective tenants access private accommodation by providing or guaranteeing a bond. We also offer short and long term support to ensure the tenancy is successful.

For Landlords we can  ensure properties are maintained to a good standard.

We support tenants to access services, we can ensure rents are paid on time and we liaise between tenants and landlords.
