Grove Housing Team

Who is it for?

16-25 year olds who need and will accept support and single people, pregnant women and lone parents.

How does it work?

Each customer has a support worker who will work with them regardless of their living situation.
They will provide practical help, support, advice and guidance.
What’s on offer?

Trainer Flats
All our trainer flats are self-contained fully furnished properties, which offer temporary accommodation. Customers in trainer flat can expect to receive a minimum of two visits/contacts per week from their Housing Support Worker.

Grove General Single Tenancy Scheme

Grove Housing provides floating support to customers in their Leeds City Council or Registered Social Landlord Tenancy. Customers in their own tenancy receive support for a minimum of six months and up to two years. Customers on the Grove General Scheme receive one visit per week from their housing Support Worker although this may be more frequent at  the beginning of the tenancy

Lone Parent Single Tenancy Scheme
This scheme can accommodate up to eight pregnant women or lone parents with high support needs. The scheme operates in the same way as single tenancies. Customers on the lone parent scheme can expect to receive a maximum of three visits per fortnight week from their Housing Support Worker although this may be more frequent at the beginning of the tenancy.

West Leeds Single Tenancy Scheme
This scheme can accommodate up to 10 young people aged 16-18 years old with higher support needs in the West Leeds areas. This scheme operates in the same way as single tenancies. Customers on the West Leeds scheme can expect a minimum of two visits/contact per week.
