Our Services

Calderdale Team

The Foundation Housing Calderdale team provide a range of housing related support services to around 100 vulnerable people throughout the Calderdale district.

We work in partnership with Calderdale Council, The National Probation Service, Accommodation Providers (in particular Pennine Housing 2000) and a wide range of other agencies.

Our Housing Schemes:

Adult Offender Services

We support people involved in the criminal justice system or who may be at risk of re-offending. We offer services wherever people are living, or to help access accommodation and to help build the ability to live crime free independent lives.

Attaining Resettlement Confidence (ARC):

We work with risk offenders who may also have mental health problems. An intensive level of support is offered to help customers achieve independence and to contribute to community safety.

Drug Rehabilitation Requirement:

We work closely with Probation and Drug agencies to support customers to successfully complete this particular court order.

Firm Foundations:

As part of the Firm Foundations team, we deliver housing related support services to offenders with substance misuse problems, in partnership with Calderdale Council, DIP, Probation and drugs agencies.

Youth Offending Team (YOT) Scheme:

We work with Calderdale Y.O.T offering supported accommodation to sixteen and seventeen year olds who are under the supervision of the Youth Offending Team.

Key Turn Scheme:

We provide support services to young people under 25 years, who have support needs but are outside other statutory provision. We assist the young person towards full independent living.

Leaving Care:

We work with NCH Calderdale Pathway Team, to provide housing related support to sixteen and seventeen year old care leavers.

Pre-Tenancy Training Programme:

In partnership with Calderdale Support and Accommodation providers, we coordinate a programme of pre-tenancy training.
